Hello,
At the airport of Orly during the scan of my boarding pass I heard a sound that I like that I recorded: https://vocaroo.com/i/s0I7N5k2jUdy
I would like to have the original, but I can not find it on the internet.
Could you help me for find the original sound ?
Thank you.
(PS: I'm French, sorry for my bad english)

Hope this helps you.

Hi ratla,
here is my second version. I did not cut the end of the sample. Did a twice noise-reduction-filter on the backgroundsound.

you can have a look on how i made this with audacity in the following videolink.

(changed the videolink to mp4)

Hi Ballonhead,
Thanks you for your work and the « bleep ».
About the sound, in your second version, if you listen well, the sound stops suddently, but in the record, the sound stops gradually; so I don’t know if you have understand because I can’t explain well :/
So, in the original file at the end we hear less and less the sound but in your filter, the noice-reduction-filter is a bit too sensitive, and it makes the sound stops suddently at the end.
It’s possible to fix this ?
Thanks you very much in advance,
Ratla.
If i fix it with less noise reduction then you would here the people talking again. There are several ways of resampling this sound from the ground. Will cost a bit of time.
1.
1.1 Take the very first pling cut it out
1.2 Repeat this pling with less Velocity and upper key (c2,c3,c4) several times
2.
2.1 Search for a similar sound within a simple Analog Synth. Triangle or sawtooth and rebuild the first pling with that.
2.2 Here comes again step 1.2
How urgent is that sound? I'll try to generate this sound from the ground to the top.
Okay. Cutted out the first part of the already filtered pling, leveled the frequencies up and thrown an echo on it.
