Audio Restoration?

I found a small clip online from the 1930’s that I’d absolutely love to sample, but for some reason it’s never been restored and the version thats available is hard to understand. I don’t need the video restored, just the audio. Not to ridiculous lengths, but just enough that it’s clearer and not as muffled.

Disney has been rather keen on suing for breach-of-copyright.
