We are a non-profit german podcast for actual play RPGs and audio plays.
Sometimes we ran into the situation where we wanted to add reactions to events to a crowd, or that minor characters that, while present in a scene are not voiced by a player or an actual actor/actress because they don't take part in the highlighted conversation could nevertheless be tonal present, but then you would ideally need to have the same person be audible..
So tweo weeks ago we started the project "Audio Donation", where we invited people into little online sessions and go through a little catalog of various emotions, situation or moods, asking people to try and wordlessly express what they associate with that.
Those collection were then lightly edited and packages of sounds by the same person can be found here, licenced CC0 for your usage.

Furthermore, we would really like to extend the range of speakers on this, so we made a little video that guides people through the current catalog of emotions, moods and situations. Those are often generically described, and sometimes variations on very similar moods.
Also we don't expect anyone to "show us precisely what SERENITY sounds like", but for as much sounds as you can up with that would simply sound right with your association of those words.
So if someone would use our little collections, we'd be happy for you. If someone would like to add to this collections, we'd be thrilled.
We can provide you with a User-ID and a nextcloud login for uploading files to us, so that we can lightly edit and cut them before putting a bunch of Tags on them and adding them to freesound and the CC0 collection packs linked above.

Enjoy!
Das ist eine wunderbare Idee. Wir wissen aus Erfahrung selbst, wie brauchbar solche Aufnahmen für die Hörspielproduktion sind.
Awesome! These are great! I produce stopmotions as a hobby on YouTube, and these are perfect for my characters. Thanks!
