I'm working on a small video game project.
The exact scenario is a group of aliens picking up Earth's radio signals in 1956.
In my head it's news reports in different languages, different musics, and static between them. Hopefully it would be minimum of 10 seconds long, and I'd loop it.

I found these two sounds which are quite nice for what I'm looking for, but I'm clueless when it comes to mixing and volume levels and stuff like that, and there would still be quite a bit missing.

Timbre's pointed you to the best resource for your needs; once you've collected the sounds you want to use, I can either assist you with mixing them or make the seamless looping mix for you, as you prefer.
