Looking for a laser beam sound (second attempt)

I wondered about this sci-fi-ish sound effect heard in a 2015 Object Overload episode "Rostrum Rampage" where Toaster shoots an electrical laser out of his mouth (between the duration of 1:11 and 1:16.

That sounds more like an extended explosion than anything else. Of course, a laser doesn't really make a sound, though a powerful enough laser can cause a target it shines upon to make a wide variety of different sounds, depending on the duration of the blast!
