Here's What You Can Do:
1. You Can Freely Share The Sound On Any Social Media Platform If It's License Is Creative Commons 0. You will not get copyrighted in anyway.
2. You are not copyrighted in anyway, but if it's license is Attribution (Person Icon) Then you have to credit the creator of the sound.
3. You are also not copyrighted in anyway, but if it's license is Attribution Non-commercial then you should not use the sound for commercial purposes in anyway and you also have to credit the creator.
4. Yes, You can share the sound Freely anywhere but you cannot re-upload the sound to freesound, this means copying.
