Im helping put together a World War II strategy game and have been looking for a sound effect I didnt think would be a problem. Ive tore the net apart looking for a sound bite of the Japanese "Banzai, Baznai, BANZAI!" battle cry used in the Pacific theater. Have checked historical, war related, Japanese speach, movie related, and many other sites to no avail.
PLEASE, if there is anyone in the world who has, can easily make or even has an idea where I can find a Japanese Banzai battle cry it would be most appreciated.
Thanks and May you live a thousand years (Banzai's literal translation)
I knew this would come in handy:
Thanks alot Noise Collector, I can tweek those into a great sounding battlecry. But if anybody has a historical or movie recording of Japanese soldiers srceaming "Banzai Bamzai BANZAI!" it would be perferable. Thanks again NC.

Did you get my email? I sent you a link to a documentry that had a sample of the cry.
Hey, Thanks for the reply. It had gotten sent to the spam folder and I didnt see it. Anyway, I havent seen seen the whole documentry, but its in Adobe Flashplayer format. It might be posible to convet the sound portion to wav format, but I would certinly need one of Adobe's Premium Software editors which I dont have, (Heck, I only have a freeware rippoff of Adobe PhotoShop) Ill finish looking at it and see what I can do. If you or anybody else have any ideas on how I could do it, I would be very greatfull.
Thanks again.
