I am looking for sounds that could compliment a GUI-driven application. For example, if one were to select a menu option, it would be nice to play a nice, short, reassuring sound, such as the many PVRs and OSs do nowadays. Any relevant sample packs out there?

I just captured the Tivo bubble sounds Monday while on a trip. Look for a post in the next 24 hours (if my recording turned out okay).

I think he's looking for sounds to replace the sounds in his tivo, not the sound of recorded tivo...

rehmke, there are *so* many short bleepy sounds on freesound it's a bit hard to fulfill your request...

I distinctly remember someone uploaded a whole set of blips and bleeps especially for this, but now I can't find it, argh!
