Hi there i dont really know how to explain that kind of sound the best way would be if u have seen the tv serie "Navi CIS" there is one kind of effect reverb which is used to make a "scene-change" audible

if u know what i mean then pls led it be at least some seconds (quite long)

i don't watch them damn cop shows-but i bet your'e looking for a backwards sound? maybe a crash sound going backwards?

and no I won't go watch a cop show. i already live in a police state why do i need to be reminded of it?

im from germany so here were i live it isnt this bad of course atm i work in frankfurt where the police is very often seen on the streets but i thin kthats the typical "big city" feeling

and ur right its some kind of reverbed crash but witheout tha "crashy" loud part, i will keep my eyes open
