Found a Pixelbite game has used a number of freesound samples (including some of mine). I dont have an iPhone, but a few people at work have been playing it, seems a pretty cool app. One claim to fame is that the game is distributed by Electronic Arts Mobile Division. I do not yet know if the credits appear within the game itself, but I will try to find out.

Btw: Yes, I was googling 'Lonemonk Freesound' in order to find this. Sometimes its the only way to know where stuff is being used if one doesnt get notification ahead of time....
