I have uploaded a track onto Myspace, that was built around a harp loop (pryght *) and a string loop (ERH**), called 'I love you I need you just as you are'.
Even though all the samples are credited, I was wondering as the loops carry through most of the song, is the track still a DeadsatellitE track or classed as more of a collaboration?
The track contains the following samples
19122__Fratz__cough7
25454__FreqMan__violin_tuning
27130__pryght_one__harp *
27146__pryght_one__piano loop
28187__LG__Noise27
29605__takecha__g070118144914
30192__ERH__string_1_loop **
30668_HardPCM_HardBassDrum002
31132__Calethos__superwave_p8_super_lead_cut4
32248__ERH__scrape_loop
and can be found here http://uk.myspace.com/deadsatellite
First of all thanks for using my samples.
I like the song a lot - plenty strange and nicely put together.
As far as your question about the track being a collaboration it definitely has to be a Deadsatellite song pure and simple as the creative bit - putting the stuff together - is yours and no sample dominates the song.
Good stuff!
Thanks to use my samples again: http://img259.imageshack.us/img259/6742/z1fz5.gif
Thanks for your comments, and thanks for clearing up the DeadsatellitE not DeadsatellitE thing.
