Hi,
This is my first post here.
Anyway, I made a video game for linux that uses freesound samples.
Previously it wouldn't let me post, and wouldn't tell me why not.
Guessing it's because I tried to include a URL, I'm going to omit the
URL this time. Search sourceforge.net for wordwarvi is you want to find the video game.
(Let's see if that works.)
Anyway, thanks for the cool site and sounds.

The link: http://sourceforge.net/projects/wordwarvi/
Can-you post the list of the sounds you used
Here is how I attributed everything, below.
Edit: hmm, I see it let me post URLs now. Let's see if this works:
My game is here: http://wordwarvi.sourceforge.net/

Here is the attribution of audio files which I used from

Heavily used is the UnitFXsound sample pack by freesound user "inferno"

* ground_smack.wav is a combination of something I recorded
(hammer banging on metal pipes) and something recorded by
freesound user oniwe, this:

* us_quarter.wav is something I (Stephen M. Cameron)
recorded (quarter dropping into a metal can
full of quarters) It is licensed under

* lucky13-steve-mono-mix.wav is composed and recorded
by me (Stephen M. Cameron) and Marty Kiel. I did the
guitar, Marty did the synth and drums. It is

(Note, this is different than the other audio clips.)
Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but I just got a camera that can take videos, so made a little video of this game just for fun. Thought you might like to see, since I know many of you probably don't run linux.

Looks good, thank you! One would expect that many people on freesound use GNU/Linux...
