In May this year (2012) I made a stop motion movie using several sounds from Freesounders, Robinhood76, Mr Chips, Roscoetoon, HardPCM (see credits on Youtube)

You can't do without a proper sounds library if you have a stop motion hobby.
When I'm looking for sounds, one of the first things is have a look at Freesound. Several other videos also contain some Freesound sounds, but this is the one where I used them most I guess.

Extremely innovative with the camera angles. Haven't seen stop-motion like this; good work, man!

I'm pretty noob about cameras and I owe a lot to a colleague of mine who has done a media study in the past. When we're having a break from working, it's often about movies and music

I really understand the amount of time this must have taken. Seriously impressive

Oh yes this one was especially time-consuming, because I didn't use a greenscreen yet. The flying movements take at least 1 hour of photoshopping per flying second. But with a greenscreen I hope to make this lots faster, I'm currently finding out where to order one. I do have a blue wall at home but it's too granular to get a smooth background. The scenes with no tricks in it are actually pretty easy to shoot, it works the same way as techniques that I already learned so that's technically a kind of routine. Next to the photoshopping, the quest for sounds is the other most painstaking thing. Once I laid my hand on a sound that I like I keep it very carefully for possible future use.

I'm sorry the video can no longer be found on Youtube. Youtube kind of tried to nag me with popups, into using my real name, disregarding my obvious No to it, which I regarded as a questioning of my privacy while there is no reason for Youtube to question anything that I do there. So I left.

The "to the moon and back" video however, got lost.

I am now at Dailymotion, gradually uploading my work there.
