I just wanted to share with you my latest instrumental track named "Sparks", which was made in response to SoundShoots' 'Electric' theme.

Description: This track began life with a bit of messing around with my guitar set up, unplugging the guitar and touching the lead onto various surfaces to create a raw electrical type sound. Once I had some variations of this recorded things just began to build up organically with some midi controlled sounds and an electricity sample from freesound user freqman. The track goes through a few different phases, starting off quite raw and a little abstract, building to a chorus (of sorts) and then evolving into something more ambient at the end. I've called the track "Sparks" as listening to the track back it makes me picture a story about two people meeting for the first time, sparks flying and a chemistry building between the two. But that's just my take, listen and interpret as you wish...

Awesome. I see: Serious/cartoon factory building a robot that does the same thing over and over everyday until he jumps off the planet and floats into outer space where he can be at peace. I like your interpretation, as I can easily see how that can be possible as well.
