sounds great

first i soak the sounds in cold water for five to six days (changing the water daily).
then i soak them in lye for two days.
then I soak them in cold water again for another six days (changing the water daily, of course).

then the sounds are ready to be put into a song...

no. wait. sorry. that's how I prepare lutefisk. I forget what I did to these sounds.

the temperature has been in the 50s (F) for the past several days - rather unusual weather for December in these parts.

Very beautiful. ..the stillness of winter.
Odd listening to it when it's so hot here but I closed my eyes and got some chills

Although I did have to wear a jacket this morning it was only about 15 degrees

and we're back down below freezing again.
