Hello:
Except the chaston, the rest of the sounds used in this song can be obtained in the freesound project. I used them without adding reverb or delay. The sounds used are:
Acclivity: ChimeBar_A (as the "food" of a sampler)
Dobroide: metal01 (the final beat); wooden.chair.02 (more exactly, a branch of it that appears in the remix tree: 15399 fragmento.wav; it makes the bass function)
Pitx: acoustic guitar progression; C_rythmchord_120bpm_filter; electric guitar distorsion wah120.
Simondsouza: cheeky_triplet2_4beat_Dmaj_90; B3
You can listen to the song in

Enjoy.
Agur.
Hey I really like this one! (The first band it reminded me of was Matmos!)
You could definitely sing over this, too, if you do that sort of thing.
And by the way...what is that instrument that sounds like a sax or horn? I don't think I saw it on the list but I'd like to try using it if it's from freesound.

Hello:
You can listen to me singing in the song "Every Morning" (the link is in this forum) and definitively you will convince that the best i can sing is silence!
The song uses the samples listed in the first message of this topic and there're really two tenor sax samples by the freesound's user simondsouza (cheeky_triplet2_4beat_Dmaj_90 and B3).
B3 sample is sligthly out of tune in the song. The other sax sample is altered as it is described in the file i've uploaded today (this file is one that i use in the song), it's name is simondsouza_733_remix.
Another thing: what or who is Matmos?
Excellent
Who is Matmos?
They're a couple of guys that use samples of almost literally EVERYTHING (from plastic surgery to old civil war instruments) to make charming music. Well, mostly charming. Sometimes very noisy.
Here is their official website:
http://www.brainwashed.com/matmos/
The disturbing thing in the picture with them is an instrument made from a cow's reproductive tract. Yikes! Reportedly they are using it on their upcoming album.
The albums I would recommend to start with if you're interested are:
The Civil War
and
A Chance To Cut Is A Chance To Cure.
