Ostensibly, this is supposed to be a cleaned-up version of the famous radio transmissions recorded by the Judica-Cordiglia brothers in November of 1963, in which it appears that a female Russian cosmonaut perished during a botched atmospheric reentry.
What it actually is, is a combination of background sounds and a static-edited recording of a female vocalist (StellarCricket), featured in one of my completed audio projects.
(If anyone finds a use for this transmission recording, please do let me know how it was used! I'm curious to see what others can do with it!)
The background sounds were adapted from the following FreeSound creator samples:

Might have to use this. I really like how this feels. It feels like that shortwave radio listening website I found one day.
