Years ago my brother-in-law gave me an old bathered Asus laptop for my daughters to play with.
It was 3 or 4 years old when he gave it to us and it had taken quite a beating. Still it managed to work for another 5 or 6 years.
This morning the power source decided it had had enough and stopped working. Instead, it made this noise.
I recorded a few takes. That is it. I won't be plugging it again!
Second take.
The loud 'clak' that can be heard at the start of the recording is me plugging it into the wall socket. A second quieter 'clack ' is me unplugging it. The beeps carry on for a bit longer and then stop the last one or two beeps usually sound different.
