Just a burst of noise in Reason Subtractor with a Low-pass filter.
Noise decay 127 (max 127), noise color 76 (max 127), noise level 127 (max 127).
Amp envelope is decay only, decay = 60 (max 127)
Filter env is also decay only, decay = 30 (max 127), amount 127. Filter set to Low-Pass 12, freq 57 (max 127), Res 0.
