This recording was made by pressing a contact mic to a pole. The pole was quite tall and thick and had a hole near where we placed the mic. The pole is vibrating with the traffic of a busy road. The recording was made with a contact mic and Zoom H5 portable recorder in the afternoon in July 2023 on Sydney Road in Melbourne.
