Just a small sound of me clapping, then distorting it and adding some scale-shift. I really like it, sounds like one of those sounds for a UI, like menu hovering(!)

is it your sound? or a sound belonging to an already published game? if its your sound, and you post it as CC0, that means its public domain. and anyone can use it for any purpose. but they CANNON change the license to it. any attempt to do so is a violation of copyright law and can be successfully argued in court.
