This sound is part of the pack Horror
I grabbed a head of celery and wrapped it in a bath towel and twisted away. The resulting sound is the grossest sound I have ever produced. Very fun to make, just messy. Hope this works well for anyone's film project like it did for mine. Here is the link to the film I used the sound in for my company.
