A simple recording of a respirator/gas mask that was recorded with a Logitech desk microphone. Chopped it up a bit, ran it through some filtering and passes, as well as some mixing to get the inhale and exhale timed correctly. Intended originally to be used in Counterstrike: Source as a VAC-legal client side sound mod, in which the activation of the nightvision goggles turns on a looping of the sound. This works with a bit of tweaking to the sampling rate, although any other sound in-game will cut it short (voice commands, etc).
