An Am9 chord on my Schecter C7 Blackjack electric 7 string guitar using the neck pickup. Played in a rhythmic/arpeggiated fashion. The first string is currently missing (it broke and I still haven't replaced it), and I tuned the last 6 strings to Baritone A tuning (ADGCEA). Fret fingering is: 0-5432 Recorded through the preamp bypass mode of my V-amp Pro rack version with the volume up all the way, picking lightly so as to not clip. Sound card is Creative Soundblaster Audigy 2 MP3+, edited in Goldwave 5.52, applied a steep 52Hz highpass to remove stray frequencies. Also applied steep notch filters on the D string frequencies that aren't shared with any other harmonics in the chord, although it really wouldn't be audible anyway until somewhere near the end of the decay. And also, applied some noise reduction to remove the low level preamp hiss, and shaped the volume curve near the end of the decay to make it nice and even. Sound is saved in 32-bit float format to preserve the decay.
