The Alpha-11 Protocol is designed to destroy the underground sectors of the Aparture (Intentional typo) Fusion Research Facility while causing minimal damage to the Sector A Topside Entrance Zone and Site Delta Military Base at surface level, this will be used if the Facility is ever breached, This would detonate the warhead and cause anything above it to crumble and fall into the blast hole generated by the explosion, causing the facility to collapse.
