It's legaql, as far as I'm aware, because there are other transmissions online by other users that recorded from scanners. Permission isn't necessary, however, credit would be nice to not only me, but the Rochester Police Department, so as to not plagerize. This is old studfff by now, but it'd be good to give credit.

This is great. Ummmm... should I ask though if featuring these voices here is legal? Or do I need permission to use in my project first?
