Originally a mono recording of electromagnetic frequencies emitted by a battery charger. I've rotated the stereo field in Cool Edit 2 and applied a multitap delay using the same application. Further processing in Wavelab 6 with my old favourite Dtblkfx, using subharm mask, followed by two different timber effects, then a frequency resize effect on low to mids. Some reverb also applied.
