Out of a sea of information, patterns emerge. Waves of noise congregate into signal, eventually becoming music to some ears!
ParVagues uses the TidalCycles live-coding framework to write code that becomes sound.
From personal sampling and public domain audio to free software synthesizers, ParVagues brings together soundbits from around the free audio world: all the sounds that were not sampled personally or sourced across the free ocean come either from SuperDirt (GPLv2 license), from the synths included in SuperCollider and SC3-Plugins (GPLv3), from instruments of the Santa Clara Laptop Orchestra), or from the projects BloodSport Samples and Hydrogen.
The final result is shared under a Creative Commons CC-BY-NC-SA license: you are free to reuse, modify and reshare them freely, as long as you mention their origin and use the same license.
