A New Zealand Tui bird singing. The bird sits in a bush close-by and produces various colourful noises with short breaks. Other, more distant Tuis answering. In the background the waves of the ocean, slight wind. The Tui hops from branch to branch. Towards the end a soft cricket.
Recorded on Rotoroa Island, New Zealand, in September on a sunny day.
Recorded with a Zoom H2 recorder and its internal microphone-pair.
Post-processing: a soft low-shelf to weaken the noise of the wind.

Best tui and natural sound recording I have found so far. Am thinking of using in my home recorded music. : )
