At 1:00AM (night) I heard some construction works going on down below. I recorded this from the 5th floor of a former love hotel in Matsudo, Chiba prefecture, Japan (just east of Tokyo). Heavy pieces of asphalt, broken from the street and lifted up into the a container truck. In one night they repaired the asphalt of a complete 100M long street.
