Exactly one minute before the new year, I pressed record and made this spacious recording of all kinds of fireworks explosions (firecrackers, etc.) — plus a few whistling skyrocket squeals at 4:15. Recorded in a (probably average) village in the Netherlands, from the attic of a house. Zoom recorder with windshield clamped between a hinged window. Possibly also recorded some rattling of the window blinds, as the wind was quite strong.

Thanks for your comment newlocknew! That could definitely explain it.

I can assume that the people who gave this assessment felt that there was not enough "air" in the recording. My guess. It's just that when you record in the window opening, the recording turns out to be really "clamped" (in my experience). But still, this record doesn't deserve a two. And the description is very good. I also noticed that sometimes strange estimates are given for a particular record. Well, people are all different. But in general, the record is also interesting because such an abundance of fireworks and firecrackers "burned down" at once... Apparently, the cost of such products in the Netherlands is not as high as in Russia.

To the first 4 people who rated this sound, average 2 stars, I'm genuinely curious to hear what your complaints are about this recording. Not enough skyrocket sounds maybe? I edited the description accordingly. Please let me know.
