Made by using Audacity's Tremolo effect (Volume modulation) In different ways and on different sides.

There's a global 440hz square wave tremolo, not fully wet. Same with a 220hz sine.
Then there's a tremolo on each side, if memory serves, 880 hz saw on the right side and 440 hz sine on the left. Some fade in/outs.
I also squished the sound by amplifying everything and reducing what was below the orignal decay.
