It's an original sound more or less meant to be like the Neverwinter Nights levelup sound. This was made with an FM7 and some bar chimes samples.

It was originally made for the Wrath of Cronos Hexen mod. Never released, so feel free to use it for something else, just credit the author and include this link somewhere in the credits.
