Before replacing (expensive) headphones, I'd check that they are the cause by deliberately trying to cause the plunger-effect, by going close to the mic and turning your head, (which puts the headphones close to the mic, where any bleed could be picked-up).

Whoah, that is eerie! Yeah, it's true, my headphones are leaky as hell; they were "closed" when I bought them 10-15 years ago, but it's probably time to get a new pair again.
