Sketch-Cassette doesn't have a micro-cassette option.
I speed up the audio by 3x, then apply Sketch-Cassette, then slow it by ⅓x: back to the original spreed.
The wobbles and dropouts are then more like micro-cassette.

Nice sound. First time hearing of Cassette II. Traditionally I've used a combination of Ferox and Lo-Fizer's wow/flutter to get the tape sound (pretty much every sound you've heard from me has Ferox in it).
