This sound is part of the pack sfx
a pitched down recording of distant fire-trucks, that actually sounds like a minimalistic composition. other then pitching (without time correction) there were no additional effects used or any editing/layering done. I really like the occasional birds that the microphones captured, and how they sound pitched-down together with the sirens.
