Recorded in Algés (Lisbon, Portugal) main square wherechestnut vendors usually are. In the end you can hear the old saleswoman saying "that happens when it has chestnuts inside" - "isso é quando tem as castanhas lá dentro".
It's costumary in Portugal to eat toasted chestnuts as a snack specially in the Fall.
This sound was recorded using a MZ-NH700 MD, via MIC-IN with a cheap condenser microphone.
