Recording of a small bonfire made with a pair of NTG1s in XY arrangement into a Tascam DR-40.
This is the full recording that was made, from which the 'Bonfire' sound was taken. The loudness of the transients of the popping embers surprised me and so I'm reducing the gain throughout. I've edited to smooth these changes out a little but you might find a wee step down here and there. Felt like a waste just to leave it in the bin.

It was an actual real life genuine legit bonfire. Dislike it because you don't like the sound - that's fair enough, but don't dislike because of your incorrect belief, that's just weird. :)
