This sound is part of the pack loops 2023
I tapped the top of my computer chair trying to make something resembling the percussion at the start of the Thank You song by Dido. Then I made each repeat into a single layer and timed them more tightly and added a bit of reverb, a slight delay and stuff, so this now is quite a roomy stereo. Removing fan noise adds a flavor too.
This is one of the four similar loops. Find others in the same pack! There is a complete version with all the layers combined, and partial versions like this one.
Should loop seamlessly at 168 bpm. Recorded with Redmi Note 5, processed in Audacity.
