This audio was created using the sound of traffic, close to my house, and a news host's audio from the evening.
I ran a few effects and filters over both sets of audio and then fed them into a vocoder.
A little more filtering and here we have it.
Alice in Apprehension is in .mp3 because of its length.
Lots of extra to chop off or segments to loop and edit.
