A rather long on-site recording of a call to Catholic mass(?) at 0845 Sundays in Sorana, Italy.
I left the preliminary bird and local dog bark sounds in as it gives a sense of location or place, it is a working village in the mountains of Tuscany.
Note the long trail-off in the bell vibration and the "clunk-clunk" of the bell ringing/support gear.
I think in this recording you hear a two second windup of machinery before the bells actually start ringing.
At the very end you hear a blowfly recorded by the Sony camcorder i was using at the time.
Enjoy.
