I needed the sound of a clear piece of paper being ripped off a wall. Like you see a piece of paper with something written on it, you grab it and rip it off. Paper can sometimes be attached to walls with staples and pins, but I needed it to be clear to the listener that it was being torn off. Grabbed by Zoom H8, recorded straight from an 8 1/2 x 11 notepad --- ripped it right off the pad.
