Slovenska Bistrica railway station is one of the railway stations in Slovenia, located near Črešnjevec. It is about 4 km away from Slovenska Bistrica. Due to this, in 1908 a branch from this station was built to Slovenska Bistrica itself. In order to avoid misunderstandings, the station was renamed Črešnjevec. After the closure of the local line in 1966, the station was renamed back to Slovenska Bistrica.
The genus Peacock (scientific name Pavo) contains two species of birds with colorful male feathers. The tail feathers are elongated. These two species are the largest representatives of field hens.
In captivity, both species of peacock can interbreed.
