Because I really wanted to test my solution, I put the recorder inside my pocket, put the microphone on the zipper of my sweatshirt and went for a short walk with my wife and the dog across the road to the meadow and back. I'm really happy with the solution and even happier with the result of the recording. Sometimes you just have to remember what's hiding somewhere at home and make the most of it.
