This is supposed to sound like someone circling something on a piece of paper against a hard surface. In reality I scratched the back of a legal pad with a nail file at my desk while working on foley for a short film.

For your info, I used it in a short animation where I needed to circle twice around a map....meaning the animation did two circles. it was perfect!
