This sand was recorded sing a Samson C01UPRO microphone in a home-made studio at a distance of 30 Cm from the mic. I scraped a large kitchen knife against a whisk as this created the most satisfying sound of a knife. This sound can be used for the reveal of a blade as it mimics the stereotypical sound of knifes in film.
