what if you could plant a pair of bionic ears on a chain of dust particles in the air and amplify that? this is a sound collage attempt to simulate the hearing-view of dust particles while they're being lifted and blown by the wind. done mainly with various spectral transformations of pinknoise, feedback and contact-mic recordings. sound sources were processed with granular time-stretching, spectral filtering, spectra-multiplication, reverb and pitch shifting.

This is pretty awesome. I could see it being the sound of a dust particle flying through the air.

I love these weird collages, and, its a plus, if they contain human voices.

This sounds like cartoon noises when the character zips away. At least that is what it reminded me of.
Thanks.
