This is technically not a field recording nor is is a music recording. I recorded this with a group of friends for our "brother" John, who at the time was on his death bed. John was a friend, father, brother and lover of life.
I wanted to capture the sound of a place - that place is Lake Haridas in Fryers Forest, Victoria Australia. I wanted the song to come from the bush.
