Quiet Time Extract

An extract of a longer recording. Listening to nature accompanied by handpan and singing bowls.

I used two recorders to capture this story. I set up my Rode NT4 XY stereo mic up close to the instruments and an MS stereo pair - Sennheiser 416 and an MKH30 about 40 metres away to capture the acoustic space.

The musicians are Miles de Carteret - Circular Harmony on on handpan and Brydie Mineo - Flow State Yoga on quartz crystal bowls.

Recorded on Dja Dja Wurrung country in Central Victoria, Australia.
