Traffic at wide crossroads (binaural, please use headset for 3D effects).
I made this recording at about 6PM, near a wide crossroads located in Nanterre, (suburbs of Paris, France).
One can hear many vehicles (cars, mopeds, motorcycles, city buses) crossing each other and honking at times through this large crossroads, while some cyclists and passers-by are going on the sidewalk. Some meters away on the left, a small group of teen-agers is playing on a mobile phone while some birds can be heard from time to time.
Recorded in October 2024 with a Zoom H6essential and Ohrwurm binaural microphones.
Fade in/out applied in Audacity.

Unfortunately, recently, I’ve had a problem with the cable of this binaural microphone, and as the guy who built it isn’t online anymore, I have to find a way to solve the problem without his help. Hope I could fix it ! ;-)

It never ceases to amaze me how well these microphones draw space. You close your eyes and you find yourself on the scene. It's a great record.*****
